Support, Healing, and Growth
Monarch Valley Counseling was born from one of those valleys.
During one of the most difficult seasons of my life, I experienced fear, loneliness, heartbreak, and moments when I wasn’t sure how to keep moving forward. Looking back, I can see that while I would never have chosen that season, it shaped me in ways I couldn’t have imagined. My deepest healing, growth, and purpose emerged from the very place I once believed would define me.
The monarch butterfly became a powerful reminder that transformation doesn’t happen overnight. It takes time. It often happens quietly. And before the butterfly ever takes flight, there is a season of struggle and change that no one else sees.
I believe people are much the same.

The Heart of Monarch Valley
Monarch Valley Counseling is built on the belief that healing is possible, even when life feels overwhelming.
Here, we value:
🦋 Perseverance through life’s hardest seasons.
🦋 Connection, especially when isolation feels easier.
🦋 Creativity, because healing doesn’t always happen through words alone.
🦋 Transformation, trusting that every person’s story has the potential for hope, healing, and growth.
⸻
A Space to Be Fully Human
You don’t have to have the right words.
You don’t have to have everything figured out.
You don’t even have to know where to begin.
This is a place for tears, laughter, silence, frustration, celebration, and everything in between.
Some days, healing looks like a breakthrough.
Other days, healing looks like simply walking through the door.
Either way, showing up is enough.
⸻
Who I Work With
I enjoy working with teens, young adults, and women, creating a calm, compassionate space where you can feel safe to be yourself.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, perfectionism, or simply feeling overwhelmed, therapy can provide a place to slow down, process your experiences, and begin moving toward the life you want to live.
You don’t have to walk through your valley alone.
I’d be honored to walk beside you.
The valley isn’t the end of your story.
Sometimes it’s where your wings begin to grow. 🦋
